Aqualane Shores

Aqualane Shores is a community in one of the most prestigious areas of Naples, Florida. It is between Old Naples and Port Royal. This community has luxurious homes on the waterfront. Naples Bay is on the east side of the community and the Gulf of Mexico is on the west side. Many homeowners can access the bay or gulf by boat directly from their properties. Most homes are within walking distance of the beach.

Aqualane Manor is the only set of condos in this community. Prices for these condos are around $600,000.

Some homes are only a few blocks away from downtown. The shops and restaurants at Third Street South in downtown Naples are located among courtyards and plazas. Cuisine choices in the area include seafood and Italian. Outside dining is available at some of the restaurants. There are more shops and restaurants in the Fifth Avenue South area of downtown. The shops along the landscaped promenade sell clothing, jewelry, gifts and other items. The restaurants here include seafood restaurants, Italian restaurants, cafes and other types of restaurants. Some restaurants have outdoor dining.

Venetian Village is approximately six miles from Aqualane Shores. This area has a variety of shops and restaurants. Gifts, jewelry and clothing are some of the types of merchandise sold here. Restaurants here offer steak, seafood and other cuisine choices. Gourmet food, ice cream and coffee are also sold here.
